NSC | Custom Form's Hierarchy
There are instances where a different Custom Form is set as Preferred compared to the configured Preferred Form for a Custom Role. Below is the Hierarchy of the Custom Form's precedence:
For Transaction Forms:
- Preferred Custom Form setup under the Roles subtab in Custom Form Customization page.
- Preferred Custom Form setup under Transaction Forms
For Entry Forms:
- Preferred Lead/Prospect form setup under the Custom Role.
- Preferred Lead/Prospect form setup under Sales Preference.
- Preferred Customer/Lead/Prospect form setup under Entry Forms.

For example, Custom Form A was configured as the preferred form under Transactions Form. In the Roles subtab of Custom Form Customization page (see image below), users can set the default form for the listed Roles to
