NSC | Resolve Error when using a Custom Search to view a List page

Scenario

Note: In this sample scenario, we used Inventory Adjustments page, but this can also be applicable to the list of other records, such as sales orders, customers, or items.

A user tried to customize the List View of the Inventory Adjustments page by clicking the Customize View or Edit View button.

After saving the saved search, user received an error message:

User then tried to go back to the Inventory Adjustments List page, but is still encountering the error.

This happens because the View dropdown list selection is sticky, which means it remembers the user's last selection. 


Solution

Option 1: Edit the List View Saved Search used
