When I try to print the transation the country address is not in english
We checked that the preferred language for the customer in English. We tried to print the invoice and the country address was presented using Portuguese which is my system's preferred language.
We wanted to be able to change the language on the form (country address) if the customer's preferred language is English.
What's funny is that the translation for the itens on the form show up in english, but the country address is not translated in english (as you can see attached.)
How can I solve it? Please help me? I want it all in english
