Customer IDs showing instead of Customer Names
Hello,
I am running into an issue where all the customer's in NetSuite are now all of a sudden showing customer IDs rather than customer names. A few weeks back I turned off auto-generated numbers and from then on, all customers stopped generating IDs. However, all of a sudden, when creating an invoice and selecting customer, or searching in the search bar, those with IDs (prior to turning off auto-generated numbers) only show IDs and do not show customer name. Does anyone know how to change this so that only customer names are shown? I can customize reports to show customer
