Internal ID not in saved search but appears on saved search in non-administrator role

Hi,


I have set up a saved search which does not include internal ID, however it shows internal ID on a role that is not an administrator role i.e. Operations director role. Please advise how i can fix this?

Please note that the role when used with one user does not show the internal ID but with another user shows the internal ID.

Also if i reassign the role to the user, will they lose all their saved settings/ reports etc.
