AE: Advanced Item location configuration - Permission question

When Advanced Item location config is enabled, is it possible to permission out the ability for users to "edit" or "Duplicate" the location information? [No seeing anything specific to this in SA]

The use case is to NOT give the ability to specific user roles the ability to edit or duplicate the location information.
