Final Reminder: The SuiteSocial SuiteApp Retires on March 31, 2022
This notice applies to you if you have installed and are still using the SuiteSocial SuiteApp (bundle ID 122085) in your NetSuite account. The SuiteSocial SuiteApp is retiring as of March 31, 2022.
What is Changing?
The SuiteSocial SuiteApp in NetSuite is retiring as of March 31, 2022. The retirement of SuiteSocial means that:
- Any problems you may encounter with SuiteSocial will not be investigated by the Engineering team.
- No further updates to SuiteSocial-related code will occur.
- SuiteSocial-related documentation will be removed from the Help Center and SuiteAnswers.
- No new installations of the SuiteSocial bundle have been permitted for the past year.
You should uninstall the SuiteSocial SuiteApp (bundle ID 122085) from your NetSuite account. Your existing data will be retained. Do not create any new content using SuiteSocial.
