Inventory Unavailable for Inventory Transaction
We run into issues randomly where we have some lot numbered inventory in a bin, it is visible on all searches, but it cannot be moved, picked or otherwise transacted upon. Error message says that the product is not available (after selecting the system-presented location and lot number).
It is like the inventory is there, but not fully. There are some cases where we have been able to move the majority of the listed quantity, but then it reaches a point where it simply says the remaining inventory is not available.
We are using NetSuite WMS for most of our inventory transactions. We have advanced manufacturing and advanced inventory. All of our products are lot-controlled assemblies, so this is the only product type that has exhibited this problem.
