Custom sublist does not appear in list of sublists when customizing a form
A custom sublist was created within the Communications tab and applied to sales orders and purchase orders.
That sublist appears when viewing and editing those record types.
The sublist appears as the first sublist under the Communications tab. We would like to make it the last. However, the sublist does not appear in the list of sublists (Sublists > Communication) when editing the transaction forms.
Is there a configuration setting in either the saved search or custom sublist that is preventing the sublist from appearing in the list of sublists when editing the transaction forms?
