Empty Cart from UI

Question - a customer somehow added 50 items to their cart. For whatever reason the company had to exist their cart; when the customer tried to log back in; it doesnt let them.

We have their login information to try and empty the cart for them but so far its been 30 min and its still not logging me in. Is there some sort of trick/tip/extension that might allow for us to empty their cart from the Netsuite UI?
