Embed a File Cabinet file in a transaction form

Is it possible to embed a file link in an existing form?

We use work instructions that I would like to embed in the transaction forms, like quotes and invoices.

It is a great onboarding reference for new hires, and having the controlled documents accessible in the form would be helpful.
