Currency Exchange Rate Integration Feature: Past Rates Were Incorrect
This notice applies to you if you have the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature is enabled in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from Xignite, one of our data providers.
Between March 15, 2022, and March 28, 2022, your NetSuite account received incorrect exchange rates for the following currency pairs:
- Euro (EUR) to Russian Ruble (RUB)
Recommended Actions
To ensure accuracy, we suggest that you review exchange rate-related processes in your NetSuite account. You should review processes involving currency exchange rates that occurred between March 15, 2022, and March 28, 2022, including the following:
- Transactions that involved EUR/RUB currency exchange rates
