The ability to display all folders in the Move to list is currently being requested under Enhancement #197684 Documents > File > File Cabinet > Move Files > Mark folder > Click the Dropdown lists in the Move To field : Unable to see the entire folder lists.

Below are the alternate solutions for the limitation:

Move Files/Folders individually.

I. To move the entire Folder:

  1. Navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet
  2. Edit the Folder
  3. Under Sub-Folder of, select the destination Folder
  4. Save

II. To move specific Files:

  1. Navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet
  2. Open the Folder where the File is located
  3. Edit the File, under Folder field, select the destination Folder
