Philippines Invoicing Enhancements in Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp

This notice is intended for customers who use the NetSuite Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp (Bundle ID 298382).

The Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp version 3.04.0 is targeted for release on May 17, 2022.

What is Changing?

The next version of the SuiteApp will include new Philippines Invoicing custom fields where you can enter information issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

The following describes each of the enhancements included in the upcoming release of the SuiteApp for Philippines Invoicing:

Taxpayer Branch Code Update

If you have the location feature enabled in your account, the Taxpayer Branch Code field will be added to your location record. During the upgrade, accounts with values in the Branch ID field will have the branch code information copied to the Taxpayer Branch Code field.
