This notice is intended for customers who are registered with eFax to send faxes from your NetSuite account. When you send a fax from NetSuite, eFax validates your Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record in DNS. To ensure uninterrupted delivery of faxes sent from NetSuite through eFax, please add mailsenders.netsuite.com to your SPF record by May 31, 2022.

What is Changing?

If you are registered with eFax, one of the third-party fax services available in NetSuite, be aware that eFax is validating your DNS SPF record. To better distinguish communication traffic sent from NetSuite accounts, we are reserving the mailsenders.netsuite.com
