Saved Search | List of All Item Groups and their Components
Scenario
A user wants to get a list of ALL Item Groups and their corresponding Member Items or Components.
Solution
The required details can be pulled using an Item Saved Search with the following details:
Criteria tab:
- Type = Item Group
Results tab:
- Name
- Member Item
Alternatively, you can also use the NS_CONCAT formula to show the member items in only one row. See this article for more information about using NS_CONCAT.
