Send notification email when some action happened
When a sale order is already in a search result list which'll be synced to our warehouse system for delivery, and it'll take up to 3 minutes to get response from the warehouse system, at the very moment, it's very common that our sales will close this sale order to cancel it.
Problem is: after we closed the sale order, it'll get a note that it's been created successfully in the warehouse system for delivery, which means, if we don't check the sale order again, we won't know it.
We're told that it's possible to send notification emails to us in NetSuite, and we tried. However, we found we can only get notification emails when we manually update something, and the email is sent to the one who manually do the change, in this case, we wanna the one who close the sale order to get the notification emails.
