What is my URL end point?

We are trying to test our integration with Workday and are having trouble with the Page Not Found message when using the URL end point https://<account>-sb2.suitetalk.api.netsuite.com/

Is this the right URL and what would follow for journal entry or employee? The documentation would lead us to believer for journal entry this would be the path:

https://<account>-sb2.suitetalk.api.netsuite.com/services/rest/record/v1/journalentry

But we are getting the Page Not Found.
