NSC | Show Custom Transaction Line Field in an Income Statement Detail Report as a column
Scenario:
User is using a custom Transaction Line field to identify the transaction item's region:
Their management wants to show this field as a column in the Income Statement Details.
Solution:
To be able to do this, users need to:
1.) Navigate to Reports > Financial > Income Statement > Detail
2.) Click Customize
3.) Go to Edit Columns section
4.) Add the line field either:
A.) Add Fields > Financial folder > Custom Transaction Line Field (Custom Column)
B.) Add Fields > Financial folder > Custom Transaction Line Field subfolder > Name
5.) Save and run the report
Result:
Both methods should show the same result of adding the custom transaction line field
