Is it possible to see RA's on Invoices in the Related Records tab?

Dear All

Since NS add on provided by NS, the Sales record timeline went end of life.

We are now using the tab Related Records on the various record types.

However, we have found a glitch for invoices where a Return (RA) does not show on the invoice record.

Yet the RA clearly shows it was created from the invoice.

Does anyone have a work around or solution to this?

I am going back to your concern. Unfortunately, this is currently the following Enhancement:

51218 - Provide the ability to view the history of the entire string of linked transactions from the most recent one.

You may vote for this enhancement through SuiteIdeas to increase its points and have it possibly included on NetSuite's future releases.

In the mean time, if you want to see the Invoices related to a Return Authorization, you may create a Saved Search by following the steps below:

* Lists -> Search -> Saved Searches -> New: Transaction Type 
* In the Criteria tab, add Type = is Return Authorization
* In the Results tab, add Applied To Transaction
* Click Save & Run

In the resulting Saved Search, you can now see the related Invoices under the Applied To Transaction column.
