NSC | Display the Contact Name in the Activity Record When User Is Logged in Using APC Role
When users log in using the Advanced Partner Center role and navigate to the Partner record > Communication > Activities, the Assigned To column only shows the Partner. The expected result would be Partner: Contact.
This is the standard behavior of the Contact when saving an activity, since they are sharing the same access with the Partner's APC role. You can check this by going to the Partner record > Access subtab.
Solution
As a workaround, you can set the Company and the Contact fields in the Related Records subtab for tracking purposes.
