NSC | Saved Search > Non-Taxable Customers' Last Transaction

Here's a sample Customer Saved Search that will display the last transaction of Customers which Tax Item is -Not Taxable-.

  1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
  2. Select Customer
  3. Rename the Saved Search
  4. Under the Criteria tab, add the following filters:
    1. Formula (Text) | Formula = {taxitem} | Description = is -Not Taxable-
    2. Transaction Fields… > Type = is any of Cash Sale, Credit Memo, Invoice, Sales Order
    3. Transaction Fields… > Main Line = is true
  5. Under the Results tab, add the following fields:
    1. Name | Summary Type = Group
    2. Tax Item | Summary Type = Group
    3. Transaction Fields… > Document Number | Summary Type = Maximum | When Ordered by Field = Transaction Fields… > Date | Summary Label =
