NSC | To Be Able to Build a Saved Search but Will Not Allow the Users to Save It in NetSuite
Scenario I: Transaction Saved Search
In the custom role, you only need to add the Transaction permission that you want to populate in the search and set the Find Transaction permission access level to View.
When you log in using the custom role, this is the expected page of your saved search. You only have a Preview button to generate the search results.

Scenario II: Entity Saved Search
Edit the custom role, navigate to Permissions > Lists and set the record and Perform Search permissions to View access level. In this scenario, we will use the Contact record.
