NSC | Use Custom PDF on Sales order and Statement on Customer Center

It is a standard behavior that on the Customer Center, the Custom PDF will not be used on printing the Sales Order and Statement. It will use the Standard PDF. Some customers/users have their Custom PDF uploaded to the Filing Cabinet (Documents > Files > SuiteScripts)

 

In order for us to be able to achieve this concern, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the name of template you would want to use
  2. Copy the code
  3. Navigate to Customization > forms > Advanced PDF/HTML Template
  4. Click Customization on Standard Sales Order PDF/HTML Template
  5. Toggle Source Code
  6. Remove the codes into PDF Template
