NetSuite Admin Tip | The Sales Territory Was Not Triggered After Submitting the Online Customer Form
Scenario
The user assigned three rules in the Sales Territory. The setup was selected for Match All Rules, wherein all rules specified should be matched first before the Territory to be triggered, and now the Sales Territory was not triggered after submitting the Online Customer Form.
Solution
In Setup > Sales > Edit Sales Territory, Selecting the Match Any Rule will trigger the Sales Territory as long as one of the rules is satisfied.
