NSC | Phone Calls Portlet: Missing Phone Call Records for Other Employees

Scenario

The user would like to see everyone's phone call records in the dashboard.

The Phone Calls portlet will not display phone calls that users are not the organizers of. This is standard behavior. As a workaround, you may opt to use a Saved Phone Call Search and a Custom Search Portlet.

Solution

Step I: Create the Phone Call Search

  1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
  2. Click Phone Call
  3. Set a Search Title
  4. On the Criteria tab, add the filter Status
  5. Select Scheduled
  6. Click Set
  7. You may add other columns under the Results tab to your preference
  8. Click Save & Run
