NSC | StickyNotes SuiteApp Is No Longer Working
Scenario
The user confirms that StickyNotes are missing in Invoices but they are present on other records like Customer.
Solution
Below are the settings to configure general settings for all users:
Step I: Enabling StickyNotes on Record Types
1. Navigate to Setup > Customization > StickyNotes Setup
2. On the Record Types subtab, do one of the following:
- To enable StickyNotes on all record types, check the Enable on All Record Types checkbox.
- To enable StickyNotes on selected record types, clear the Enable on All Record Types checkbox, and add a record type to the Enabled Record Type sublist. When the Enable on All Record Types
