NSC | SuiteFlow (Workflow Manager) Reference: Before Record Submit Trigger
The Before Record Submit trigger is a Server Trigger that fires after saving the record, but right before the submitted data is committed to the NetSuite Database.
Use this trigger to perform last-moment checks or adjustments to the submitted data before it is committed to the database.
If an error occurs during this trigger, the submitted data will not be committed and an error page will be displayed.
This trigger is valid for the following workflow actions:
- Create Line
- Create Record
- Initiate Workflow
- Return User Error
- Set Field Value
- Subscribe To Record
- Custom Actions
