NetSuite offers a way to run workflow instance operations on multiple records at once through the Workflow Mass Updates Feature.
This feature is not only useful for its ability to operate on multiple records, but also for the utility of troubleshooting workflow instances in one go.
These are the workflow operations that can be performed on multiple records:
To use this feature, navigate to Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates, then expand the Workflows section. See the sample screenshot below:
