NSC | SuiteFlow (Workflow Manager) Reference: Workflow Fields
Workflow Fields are custom fields that can be accessed by all States in the Workflow.
Use this field to share data between states.
To create a Workflow field, click the Workflow tab in the Context Panel on the right side of the diagrammer, then click the Fields tab. Next, click on the New Workflow Field option. See the sample screenshot below:
Next, configure the field just like a regular custom field. See the sample screenshot below:
Note: The default value set for the custom field is assigned at the time the workflow initiates.
