Non Posting GL Impact on work order

Hello Team,

We are trying to achieve a functionality. There is a GL impact with "Yes" posting on Work order Completion record.

We are trying to get the GL Impact with "No" posting in Work order record.

So that we have the Ability to compare WO Completion cost vs. Standard cost from WO. If work order completion cost is 20% over or under the standard cost from WO, an email notification will be sent to the operator to check and plant manager to follow up.

Any suggestion on this?
