Automation/Integration to create data in OpenAir

Wondering what successes and best practices are out there for automation? We are creating projects and billing rules now but we want to take this a step further and create 1. tasks 2 task assignments 3 task bill rates 4 revenue recognition rules and 4 project budgets. Has anyone already done these type of automations?
