Bill Credit - No limitations

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:28PM in Ask A Guru 6 comments

Hi guys,

I wanted to check something with you guys. We have just encountered a very odd scenario where we have 2 Bill credits for the exact same amount (that alone doesn't make sense to me how the system is allowing this without creating a hard block), but also 1 of the Bill Credit are showing and not both of them.

So my questions divides into 2 sections:

  1. Am I missing something here setup wise? How can I create 2 Bill Credits for the same amount which exceed the initial Bill itself? In this UC, the Bill is for 615 ILS, Bill Credit #1 and for Bill#2 same amount and also created from the same Bill. Is there no validation for quantity/amount from the system in this UC, blocking/pop up warning that the Bill Credit limit (for the second time) you are trying to create is exceeding the Bill amount?

Howdy, Stranger!
