Role not able to edit inventory adjustment

Hi all,

I have a user that has Full permission to Adjust Inventory under transactions for her role however if she bring up an adjustment she created, she can not edit it. Another user with a different role is set the same and can edit it. What am I missing? I've switched to her role and also don't have edit available.
