Saved Search Custom Field Different Value

Hello everyone

Bit of a strange one.

I have a custom field on an inventory item. The below is an example.

The value in that field is 56 - I can see this on the inventory item page.

When I run a Saved Item Search with the custom field in the results section, the value of the same field against the same item is

47.

Has anyone seen this before and does anyone know why it is being converted?
