Custom Budget Vs Actual Report Timeout

We need to run a custom Budget Vs Actual report with 200+ locations in columns every month.

The report is pretty big and takes a long time to run. It can run in background/scheduled for Jan, or Jan to Feb. When the period includes 3 or more month, scheduled report can't run either. It will give us the error info.

Besides scheduled report, is there a way to get this big report to run? It's very important for us to show YTD each location Buget vs Actual information.
