Ownership of some saved searches cannot be changed, even as Administrator

We have some saved searches created/owned by the one individual on our NetSuite Professional Services team that handled our implementation about a year ago. Even while using the Administrator role, I am unable to change the owner of the saved search. The only option available after making changes is Save As. The saved searches are not configured to generate any emails.

Am I missing something simple? Is there a way to update the owner either through CSV import or SuiteScript?
