Workflow Old record not equal to New record's value
Hello,
We created an integration that triggers by a change in a record of specific fields. for these types of integration, we usually use the practice of adding a workflow action that checks a checkbox when the value of a field in the "Old Record" doesn't equal the value in the new record.
This practice usually works fine until I try to use join records (or join custom records) for the condition (for example, I try to check the checkbox when payment terms are changed for a customer). For these cases, I don't have the operator, "Not Equal" only "any of", "Non of" etc.
