Format Decimals in SuiteAnalytics for EU Localization

Hi Experts,

Would like to check with you how can I format the decimal places into 2 for EU clients in SuiteAnalytics?

I've tried formatting it (see screenshot below) but when I download the file, it still doesn't follow it.
