Is there a dataset in the Analytics workbook that includes key fields from Quotes

We are having trouble finding the key data from quotes to use in our analytics workbook.

We are using CRM and our sales teams have tons of sales pipeline data in the system. We are struggling trying to find a dataset that includes the pipeline data. Looking for item qty by month from quotes. looking for pipeline forecasted sales amount by sales rep by month.

We are pulling the data we need via webqueries into excel but would like to see if we can replace our excel dashboards with a netsuite analytics workbook.

hoping someone can help us find the dataset that includes key data fields from quotes.
