FAM > register the journals from this month and not from the beginning of each asset lifetime
Hi!
We adquired the Fixed Assets Management Module last month, and whe are configuring all the necessary things to make it work.
We are facing a little inconvenient:
- During the time that we did not have the module, we registered the Depreciation Journals manually.
- Now that we have the module, we identify that the module registers the depreciation journals from the beggining of each asset lifetime, and we have some assets that we adquired about 1 year or 2 years ago, and the module is registering their depreciation from the beggining of their lifetime, so we have some duplicate depreciation journals, because until now we used to register the depreciations journals manually.
