Bulk attachments download from various location in File Cabinet

Hi There ,

I have created a saved search that has columns showing me all attachments for each entity record, however they are saved at various different location in file cabinet ,

is there a way i can download all these attachments without clicking one by one , its 1000s

Hi @CodeMe1010,

I am afraid that this is not possible. As a workaround, you can copy the files into one folder, and from there you can download the files in bulk. You can move files in bulk by using the Move Files to Folder mass update at Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates (Administrator). For reference, please see SuiteAnswer Id: 8924

Note: This solution is only recommended in case the total size of the File Cabinet does not exceed 5 GB. Trying to download a folder or a file that is bigger than 5 GB can cause issues.
