Saved search on backordered items vs on order
Hello I am trying to create a saved search of backordered items in a specific date range of Requested ship date (custom field) , and compare them with quantities that are "on order" , so I can see what items need to be purchased.
To be able to have a backordered quantity for a specific date, I need to use SO lines rather than the backordered quantity on the item record. I therefore created the following saved search :

Now the result is this :
In the red section is an example of 2 SO lines for the same item : the formula pulls out the backordered quantity per SO line. SO for this item, my total backordered quantity ( for a specific date range) is 4000+2100 = 6100.
