Is it possible for a child item to inherit a parent item's customer price level?
HI There
i have the following scenario:
I have a matrix item called 't-shirts'.
This has variants in different sizes and colours (the child items).
One customer has a price level set on their customer record for the parent item though not all variations of the child item.
(demo account screenshot):
When a transaction is created using a child item, this does not use the customer pricing level
Is there a setting that allows the parent item's customer price level to be inherited by the child items for a matrix item?
If not, what would be the way to update the price level for all child item's customer price level without manually editing the customer record?
