Why is the Last Sales Activity field not updated?

Hi team,

We have a report where the message column does not update for different users. When I checked the column, it is "LSA Link Name". It happened to four different customers.

I checked the prospect record and it showed it has email has been sent to the customer.

I'm thinking maybe the reason it didn't reflect in the LSA Link Name is because the Last Sales Activity was not updated.

I performed SA 32877 and check if the prospect record's LSA field will be updated but was unsuccessful.

Are there other troubleshooting I need to perform?
