An unexpected error occurred when syncing Expense Report from Nexonia

Hi,

We use Nexonia as our Expense report.

We got this error "An unexpected error occurred. Error ID: l60uasno1irgqlpxwkn7o", Nexonia couldn't help us, they said it is a Netsuite error and they cannot tell the nature of it.

any ideas?
