Notifications based on Line System Notes
Hi guys,
I am trying to create a notification for our delivery operations team based on the system line notes.
Objective: If anyone from the supply chain team makes a modification to: Expected Ship Date, the delivery operation team will get a notification for this.
I have created a saved search according to the required criteria's and results which we require, and when trying to search for the 'Expected Ship Date' field under the: Email --> Update Field, then there are no results.
Same goes for when trying to establish this in a WF condition, do you guys have any idea of if there is a way to make this works? Adding some screenshots as references, thank you.
