Changing Inventory Item unit

Hi,

We created inventory items in the system and have the base unit setup a Each. For about 120 items, the unit should have been Pairs. When in edit mode, I am not provided the option to change the unit under Base Unit or Unit Type and the only option present under Primary Stock Unit, Primary Purchase Unit and Primary Sale Unit is Each. Is there a way to update this data?
