Dashboard Static Tile Link compatible with Sandbox refresh

Hello Guru's,

For the different dashboards I've created a bunch of Static Tiles with a URL in the 'Link' field. When preforming a Sandbox Refresh, these Dashboard Tiles are copied to the Sandbox. The URL contains the Account ID of the Production account. This results in a login screen as soon as I want to click on a Tile in the Sandbox account.

Is there a way to make this link compatible with the Sandbox refresh so in Sandbox it redirects to a page in the Sandbox account but in the Production it redirects to a page in the Production account?
