Ability to change the exchange rate in transfer funds

Good day again Oracle NetSuite Community!

I just need help on changing the exchange rate when using the transfer fund functionality. What is the logic as to why the Exhange Rate field cannot be edited. Cause definitely there would be a scenario (seems very common) that the rates will be provided by the bank that is not the standard so they would need the ability to overwrite that field.

Appreciate you inputs on this. And what workaround I can do. Thank you!
